ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ :- ବାଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁରେ ୧୬/୨/୨୦୨୧ ଆୟୋଜିତ ନାଗେଶ ଟ୍ରଫି ଜାତୀୟ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିହୀନ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ରନର୍ସ –ଅପ ରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହେବାକୁ ପଡିଛି। ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଖେଳାଯାଇଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାର ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପ୍ରଦେଶକୁ ଭେଟିଥିଲା, ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ପ୍ରଥମେ ତସ୍ ଜିତି ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତି ନେଇଥିଲା। ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ୨୦ ଓଭରରେ ୨୪୬/୩

ରନ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିଥିଲା। ଦଳ ପକ୍ଷରୁ- ଡି ଭେଙ୍କେଟେଶ୍ଵରା ୧୩୨, ଟି ଦୂର୍ଗା ୪୭, ଡି ତାଣ୍ଡବା ୨୨ ଓ ଅଜୟ ରେଡ୍ଡୀ ୧୦ ରନ କରିଥିଲେ।

ବୋଲିଂରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସେମିତିକିଛି କମାଲ କରିପାରିନଥିଲା। ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ମହଙ୍ଗା ପଡ଼ିଲା ଅଧିନାୟକ ମହମଦ ଜାଫର ଇକବାଲଙ୍କ ଓଭର , ସେ ୪ ଓଭର ବୋଲିଂ କରି ୭୦ ରନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପକ୍ଷରୁ କେବଳ ତପନ କୁମାର ଗଉଡ ୧ ଟିଏ ୱିକେଟ ନେଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ବୋଲର ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପ୍ରଦେଶର ଧୂଆଁଧାର ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ ଆଗରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହାର୍ ମାନିଥିଲା l

ଅପର ପକ୍ଷେ ୨୪୭ ରନର ବିଶାଳ ବିଜୟ ଲକ୍ଷକୁ ପିଛାକରୀ ଓଡ଼ିଶା କେବଳ ୧୬୬/୫ ରନ କରିବାରେ ସକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇପାରିଥିଲା।

ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦଳର ସୁଖରାମ ମାଝି ୫୨, ନାକୁଳ ବଡ଼ନାୟକ ୪୦, ପଙ୍କଜ ଭୁଏ ୩୫, ସିଙ୍ଗରାୟ ମାଝି ୧୦, କାଳିଆ ପ୍ରଧାନ ୮, ଅଧିନାୟକ ଜାଫର ୨ ଓ ଲାଲ୍ ପ୍ରସାଦ ୦। ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପକ୍ଷରୁ- ଟି ଦୂର୍ଗା ରାଓ ୨ଟି ୱିକେଟ ନେଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଡି ଭେଙ୍କେଟେଶ୍ଵର , ବାନ୍ଦାପୁ ଓ କେ. ପ୍ରେମ କୁମାର ୧ଟିଏ ୱିକେଟ୍ ନେଇଥିଲେ। ଫଳସ୍ବରୂପ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଏହି ଫାଇନାଲ୍ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ୮୦ ରନ୍ ରେ ପରାସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି।

Odisha runner-up I Andhra Pradesh champions in the Nagesh Trophy National Blind T20 Cricket Tournament.

Beuro reports: - Odisha have to be content with runners-up in the Nagesh Trophy National Blind Cricket Tournament held on February 14, 2021 in Bangalore. Odisha met Andhra Pradesh in the final match of the tournament on Tuesday, with Andhra Pradesh deciding to bat first. 24/3 in the allotted 20 overs

 Scored. For the team, D Venkateswara scored 132, T Durga 4, D Tandba 22 and Ajay Reddy 10.

 Odisha did not do well in bowling. Odisha was costly for captain Mohammad Jafar Iqbal's over, he bowled four overs and scored 40 runs. For Odisha, only Tapan Kumar Gowda took one wicket, while Odisha bowled out the lead in the smoky batting of Andhra Pradesh.

 Odisha, on the other hand, chased down a huge 28-run victory to score only 18/5.

 Odisha's Sukhram Majhi is 52, Nakul Badnayak is 40, Pankaj Bhuey is 35, Singrai Majhi is 10, Kalia Pradhan is 4, captain Jafar 2 and Lal Prasad are 0. For Andhra Pradesh, T Durga Rao took 2 wickets while De Venkateshwar, Bandapu and K.S. Prem Kumar took 1 wicket. As a result, Odisha lost the final match by 60 runs.
