ଅନୁଗୁଳ ଜିିଲ୍ଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟ ରେ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ମିଳୁନାହିଁ ସଠିକ୍ ସେବା I

ଅନୁଗୋଳ(ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ) : - ଅନୁଗୋଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟର ମହିଳା ଓ ପ୍ରସୂତି ବିଭାଗ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ଠିକ୍‌ ଭାବେ ଅଲଟ୍ରାସାଉଣ୍ଡ ସେବା ମିଳୁନାହିଁ। ଦାୟିତ୍ୱରେ ଥିବା ମହିଳା ଡାକ୍ତର ଜଣକ ସ୍ବାମୀଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଛୁଟିରେ ଯାଉଥିବାରୁ ଏହି ସେବା ଏକପ୍ରକାର ଠପ୍‌ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହେଉଛି। ଦୀର୍ଘଦିନ ଧରି ଜିଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟରେ ଅଲଟ୍ରାସାଉଣ୍ଡ ନେଇ ଏପରି ଅବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଯୋଗୁ ମହିଳା ରୋଗୀମାନେ ବାଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇ ଘରୋଇ ମେଡିକାଲ ଯାଇ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚାନ୍ତ ହେଉଥିବାରୁ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି।

ମେଡିକାଲ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମିଳିଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମୁତାବକ, ଗତ ନଭେମ୍ବରରୁ ଜିଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟର ୬ଷ୍ଠ ମହଲାରେ ଥିବା ଅଲଟ୍ରାସାଉଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରକୋଷ୍ଠ ବାରମ୍ବାର ବନ୍ଦ ରହୁଛି। ସ୍ବାମୀ ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଥିବାରୁ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତା ମହିଳା ଡାକ୍ତର ୪ ମାସ ଛୁଟିରେ ଥିଲେ। ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଶେଷ ଆଡକୁ ସେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିୟମିତ ଡ୍ୟୁଟିକୁ ଆସିପାରୁ ନାହାନ୍ତି। ସ୍ବାମୀଙ୍କ ଅଧିକ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ଛୁଟିରେ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ଉକ୍ତ ଅଲଟ୍ରାସାଉଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରକୋଷ୍ଠରେ ତାଲା ଝୁଲାଯାଉଛି। ଜିଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟରେ ବିନା ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ସେବା ମିଳୁଥିବାରୁ ଦୈନିକ ବହୁ

ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ଏଠାକୁ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଅବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଦୂର କରାଯାଉ ନ ଥିବାରୁ ମେଡିକାଲରେ ଥିବା ଡାକ୍ତରମାନେ ଅଲଟ୍ରାସାଉଣ୍ଡ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ କରୁଥିବା ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ଓ ମହିଳା ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ଘରୋଇ ମେଡିକାଲ ନଚେତ ଅନ୍ୟ ପାଥୋଲାବକୁ ପଠାଇ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିଯୋଗୁ ରୋଗୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶତାଧିକ ଟଙ୍କା ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ୁଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମାତୃତ୍ୱ ଯୋଜନାରେ ଗର୍ଭ ଧାରଣର ତୃତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ଅଲଟ୍ରାସାଉଣ୍ଡ ପାଇଁ ମାସିକ ୨ ଶହ ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ଜିଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟକୁ ଆସିଥାନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏଠାରେ ଅବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଯୋଗୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ତୁରନ୍ତ ଅନ୍ୟ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ବିଭାଗରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି କରାଯାଇ ଅସୁବିଧା ଦୂର କରିବାକୁ ଦାବି ହେଉଛି।Patients at the Anugul District General Hospital did not receive proper care.

There has been dissatisfaction with the long-standing use of ultrasound at the district's main hospital, forcing female patients to go to private hospitals and spend money.

 

According to medical sources, the ultrasound room on the sixth floor of the district's main hospital has been closed since last November. The woman doctor was on a six-month leave because her husband was ill. He joined the work in late March, but has not been able to return to regular duty. She is on leave at various times for further treatment by her husband. So the locks on the ultrasound chamber are hanging. A large number of pregnant women come here daily as the service is available free of charge at the

District General Hospital. But as the disorder is not remedied, doctors at the medical center are sending pregnant and female patients who need ultrasound to private or other pathology labs. That’s why patients have to pay hundreds of dollars. Under the Prime Minister's Maternity Scheme, 200 pregnant women come to the district's main hospital every month for ultrasound in the third phase of pregnancy. But there has been dissatisfaction among them over the unrest here.
