ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଆଇଏଏସ ସ୍ତରରେ ଛୋଟ ଧରଣର ଅଦଳବଦଳ l

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର(ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ) : - ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଆଜି ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଆଇଏଏସସ୍ତରରେ ତଥା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସଚିବ ପାହ୍ୟାର ଅଫିସରଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଛୋଟଧରଣର ଅଦଳବଦଳ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦୀର୍ଘ ପ୍ରାୟ ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ସ୍ଥାଣୁ ହୋଇ ପଡ଼ି ରହିଥିବା ରାଜସ୍ୱ ପର୍ଷଦ ଅଫିସକୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଏହି ବଦଳି କରିଥିବା ନିର୍ଭରଯୋଗ୍ୟ ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି।

ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜାରି ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ଅନୁସାରେ, କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରୁ ଡେପୁଟେସନରେ ଫେରିଥିବା ୧୯୮୬ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍ ଆଇଏଏସ୍ ଜିଭିଭି ଶର୍ମାଙ୍କୁ କଟକସ୍ଥିତ ବୋର୍ଡ ଅଫ ରେଭନ୍ୟୁର ସଦସ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ମିଳିଛି । ସେହିପରି ବୋର୍ଡ ଅଫ ରେଭନ୍ୟୁ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ୧୯୮୮ ବ୍ୟାଚର ଆଇଏଏସ୍ ସିଜେ ବେଣୁଗୋପାଳଙ୍କୁ କେବିକେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସକ ଭାବେ ବଦଳି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଶ୍ରୀ ବେଣୁଗୋପାଳ ମଧ୍ୟ ପୂର୍ବଭଳି ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଆବାସିକ କମିଶନର ଭାବେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ତୁଲାଇବେ। କେବିକେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସକ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ୧୯୮୬ ବ୍ୟାଚର ଆଇଏଏସ୍ ସୁଦର୍ଶନ ପାଲ ଠାକୁର ଏଣିକି କେବଳ ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଏକାଡେମୀର ଡିଜି ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ।

ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ୧୯୮୬ ବ୍ୟାଚ ଆଇଏଏସ୍ ଜିଭିଭି ଶର୍ମା ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଅଥରିଟି ଅଫ୍ କେମିକାଲ ୱିପନ୍ସ କନଭେନସନ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଅଥରିଟିରେ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିଲେ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖି ଶ୍ରୀ ଶର୍ମାଙ୍କୁ ଫେରାଇ ଦେବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଥିଲେ । ଚଳିତମାସ ପ୍ରଥମ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶର୍ମାଙ୍କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଫେରାଇ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଶ୍ରୀ ଶର୍ମା ୨୦୧୯ ଜୁଲାଇ ମାସରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଡେପୁଟେସନରେ ଯିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବୋର୍ଡ ଅଫ ରେଭନ୍ୟୁ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିଲେ।

ସେହିପରି ଶ୍ରୀ ଶର୍ମା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଡେପୁଟେସନରେ ଯିବା ପରେ ୨୦୧୯ ମସିହାରୁ ବୋର୍ଡ ଅଫ ରେଭନ୍ୟୁ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ଆଇଏଏସ୍ ସିଜେ ବେଣୁଗୋପାଳ ୨୦୨୦ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ମାସରେ କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବ୍ୟାପିବା ପରଠୁ କାଁ ଭାଁ ଅଫିସ୍ ଯାଇଥିବା ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚା। ଯେଉଁଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଏହି ବୋର୍ଡ ଅଫ ରେଭନ୍ୟୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେଠାରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶର୍ମାଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି।

Small changes at the senior IAS level. 

Bhubaneswar(Beuro Report) : - The state government today reshuffled a small number of senior IAS officers and Chief Secretary Pahar's officers. The transfer was reportedly carried out by the state government to activate the Revenue Council office, which has been dormant for nearly a year.

 According to a statement issued by the General Administration Department, 16-batch IAS GVV Sharma, who has returned from deputation from the Center, has been appointed as a member of the Board of Revenue in Cuttack. Similarly, 17-batch IAS CJ Benugopala, who serves as a member of the Board of Revenue, has been transferred as the Chief Administrator of KBK. As before, Mr. Benugopala will take on additional responsibilities as the Chief Housing Commissioner in New Delhi. Sudarshan Pal Thakur, a 14-batch IAS officer who serves as the chief administrator of KBK, will now serve as the DG of the Gopbandhu Administrative Academy.

 Notably, the 16-batch IAS GVV Sharma served as chairman of the National Authority of Chemical Weapons Convention National Authority. The state government had written to the central government requesting that Mr. Sharma be returned. Mr. Sharma was returned by the central government in the first week of this month. Mr. Sharma was a member of the Board of Revenue of the Government of Odisha before moving to the Central Deputation in July 2017.

 Similarly, IAS CJ Benugopala, who has been a member of the Board of Revenue since 2014 after Mr. Sharma left for the Central Deputation, is rumored to have left the office in March 2020 after the outbreak of the Karona epidemic. That is why the state government has appointed Mr. Sharma there to activate the Board of Revenue Office.
