ଯାଜପୁର (ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ) : - ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବାତ୍ୟା ନେଇ ପ୍ରଚାର ହେବା ପରେ ରବି ଧାନ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢିଛି। ଶୁକ୍ରବାରଠାରୁ ରବି ଧାନ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବାକୁ ଜିଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲେ ହେଁ ପ୍ୟାକ୍ସ (ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସେବା ସମବାୟ ସମିତି) ଗୁଡିକରେ ଏଯାଏ ଆନୁଷଙ୍ଗିକ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ହୋଇନାହିଁ। ଫଳରେ ଚାଷୀ ତାଙ୍କ କଷ୍ଟୋପାର୍ଜିତ ଧାନ ବିକ୍ରି କରି ପାରିବେ କି ନାହିଁ ସେ ନେଇ ସନ୍ଦେହ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି।

 ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ୧୦,୨୦୦ କୁଇଣ୍ଟାଲ ରବି ଧାନ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏଥିରେ ୭ ବ୍ଲକର ୨୩ ପ୍ୟାକ୍ସ ଓ ୭ ମହିଳା ସ୍ବୟଂସହାୟକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଭାଗ ନେଉଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ଚାଷୀ ଧାନ ଅମଳ କରି ଖଳାରେ ରଖି ଟୋକନ ଅପେକ୍ଷାରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।

ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷେ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବାତ୍ୟାର ମୁକାବିଲା କରିବାକୁ ଜିଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗୁରୁବାର ଆହୂତ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ବୈଠକରେ ରବି ଧାନ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଫସଲଗୁଡିକୁ ନିରାପଦ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆଣିବା ସହ କୃଷି ବିଭାଗ ସମସ୍ତ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେବାକୁ ଜିଲାପାଳ ଚକ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସିଂହ ରାଠୋର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାସହ ବହୁମୁଖୀ ବାତ୍ୟା ଆଶ୍ରୟ ସ୍ଥଳ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ, ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ସ୍ଥଳେ ମରାମତି, ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟର ଉପଲବ୍ଧ, ବୋଟ୍‌, ଆସ୍କାଲାଇଟ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀର ସ୍ଥିତି ତଦାରଖ ପାଇଁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବିଭାଗ ନିଜର ଯନ୍ତ୍ରପାତି ସହ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ରହିବାକୁ ଜିଲାପାଳ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

 

ଜିଲାର ୯ ବ୍ଲକ୍‌ରେ ୨୬ ବହୁମୁଖୀ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ସ୍ଥଳ ରହିଛି। ଏହି ଆଶ୍ରୟସ୍ଥଳ ପରିଷ୍କାର କରିବା, ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌, ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ, ଖାଦ୍ୟର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଜିଲା ଓ ବ୍ଲକ୍‌ସ୍ତରରେ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟିଆ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କକ୍ଷ ଖୋଲିବା, ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ସ୍ଥଳେ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ରହଣିସ୍ଥଳ ପାଇଁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରାଯାଇଛି। ସବୁ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ କରୋନା ନିୟମ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଉଦ୍ଧାର ଓ ଥଇଥାନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ସେଚ୍ଛାସେବୀ ସଙ୍ଗଠନ ଓ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିମାନେ ସହଯୋଗ କରିବେ। ଏଥିରେ ଉଭୟ ଆଶା ଓ ଅଙ୍ଗନୱାଡି କର୍ମୀଙ୍କୁ ନିୟୋଜିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥିର କରାଯାଇଛି। ଶିଶୁ, ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ମହିଳା, ଭିନ୍ନକ୍ଷମମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯିବ। ବାତ୍ୟା ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଛୁଟି ବାତିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି ବୋଲି ଜିଲାପାଳ କହିଛନ୍ତି। କୌଣସି କର୍ମଚାରୀ ବିନା ଅନୁମତିରେ ସଦର ମହକୁମା ଛାଡିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଗଛ ପଡି ରାସ୍ତା ଅବରୋଧ ହେଲେ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଅପସାରଣ ସହ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ ଓ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଯଥାସମ୍ଭବ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଠିକ୍‌ କରିବାକୁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯିବ। ବିକଳ୍ପ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ପାଇଁ ଜେନ୍‌ସେଟ, ଆସ୍କା ଲାଇଟର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯିବ। ସରକାର ଜିରୋ କାଜୁଆଲିଟି ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଥିବାରୁ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରୁ ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର ଲୋକ ଓ ଜୀବଜନ୍ତୁଙ୍କୁ ନିରାପଦ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଅଣାଯିବାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ବୈଠକରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି।

 

ଉକ୍ତ ବୈଠକରେ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ବିଶାଳ ସିଂ, ଏସ୍‌ପି ରାହୁଲ ପି.ଆର., ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜିଲାପାଳ (ରାଜସ୍ବ) ଅକ୍ଷୟ କୁମାର ମଲ୍ଲିକ, ସାଧାରଣ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜିଲାପାଳ ମିହିର ପ୍ରସାଦ ମହାନ୍ତି ଓ କଳିଙ୍ଗ ନଗର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜିଲାପାଳ ସନ୍ତୋଷ କୁମାର ମିଶ୍ର, ଉପଜିଲାପାଳ ଜ୍ୟୋତି ଶଙ୍କର ମହାପାତ୍ର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଅଂଶ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ।

On the other hand, in a preparatory meeting convened by the district administration on Thursday to deal with possible storms, District Magistrate Chakraborty Singh Rathore directed that the Ravi paddy and other crops be brought to safety and the agriculture department give proper advice to all farmers. It is also recommended to inspect the multi-purpose wind shelter, repair where necessary, availability of essential items, and monitor the condition of boats, escalators and other items.
