ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ବିରୋଧୀଙ୍କୁ ଜବାବ ଦେଇ ବିଜେଡି ବିଧାୟକ ଅନନ୍ତ ନାରାୟଣ ଜେନା କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସ୍ଥିତି ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟ ତୁଳନାରେ ଭଲ ଅଛି। ଏବେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଚେତନ କରିବା ଉପରେ ଅଧିକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। ଜନପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଭାବେ ଆମମାନଙ୍କର ଦାୟିତ୍ବ, କୋଭିଡ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନକୁ ଲୋକମାନେ ଯେପରି ଠିକ୍ ଭାବେ ପାଳନ କରିବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୁଝାଇବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ବିରୋଧୀଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାର ରହିଛି, ସେମାନେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରଖିପାରିବେ। କେବଳ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ନୁହେଁ, ସାରା ପୃଥିବୀରେ କୋଭିଡ ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି। ଏଭଳି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ସାମ୍ନା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ସହଯୋଗ ନିତାନ୍ତ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
