ଚଳିତ ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନ ରେ ଆସି ପାରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସଂଶୋଧନ ବିଲ୍!

ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ(ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ) :- ମୋବାଇଲ ନମ୍ୱର ବଦଳାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଯେମିତି ପୋର୍ଟିଂ ସୁବିଧା ରହିଛି ସମାନ ସୁବିଧା ଏବେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଗ୍ରାହକ ମାନେ ପାଇବେ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ମୋଦି ସରକାର ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସେବାକୁ ସହଜ ଓ ସରଳ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଇ ଚଳିତ ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ (ସଂଶୋଧନ) ବିଲ୍, ୨୦୨୧ ଆଣିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ଏଭଳି ହେଲେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାଙ୍କୁ ଉନ୍ନତ ସୁବିଧା ମିଳିବ। କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡିକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ବଢିବ କିଭଳି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ କମ୍ ଦାମରେ ଭଲ ସୁବିଧା ଯୋଗାଇପାରିବେ।

ସରକାରୀ ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ଜଣାପଡିଛି ଯେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ (ସଂଶୋଧନ) ବିଲ୍, ୨୦୨୧ ଆସନ୍ତା କିଛି ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ଆଗରେ ରଖାଯିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ସଂସଦର ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଏହି ବିଲ୍ ଆଣିବାକୁ ସରକାର ଚାହୁଁଛନ୍ତି। ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୧୩, ୨୦୨୧ରେ ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନ ଶେଷ ହେବ। ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଜୁଲାଇ ୧୨ରେ ସରକାର ଜାରି କରିଥିବା ଲୋକସଭାର ବୁଲେଟିନ୍ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ (ସଂଶୋଧନ) ବିଲ୍ ସମେତ ୧୭ ଟି ବିଲ୍ ରହିଛି। ଯାହାକୁ ସରକାର ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତାଲିକାଭୁକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଏଭଳି ସଂଶୋଧିତ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ବିଲ୍ ଆଗତ ହେଲେ ଡିଷ୍ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁସନ ବ୍ୟବସାୟରୁ ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ରାଜ ହଟିବ ଏବଂ କମ୍ପାନୀ କମ୍ପାନୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ। ଏହା ସହିତ Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) ଏବଂ Renewal Energy Obligation (RPO)କୁ ମଜବୁତ କରାଯିବ।

ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ଜୁଲାଇରେ ଶକ୍ତି ଏବଂ ନବୀକରଣ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆର.କେ ସିଂ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହି ବିଲ୍ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ବଣ୍ଟନରୁ ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ରାଜ ଶେଷ କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଛି। ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ପରି ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ବିତରଣକୁ ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ରାଜ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ଆମେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେଇଥିଲୁ। ଏହି ବିଲକୁ ସମସ୍ତ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଦେଇଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଇନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପାଖରେ ଗୋଟିଏ କିମ୍ବା ଦୁଇଟି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ରହିଛି।

The Electricity Amendment Bill may come in the current monsoon session!

New Delhi(Beuro Report) : - Electricity consumers will now get the same benefits as porting facilities for changing mobile numbers. The Modi government at the Center is going to introduce the Electricity (Amendment) Bill, 2021 in the current monsoon session to make electricity services easier and simpler. In this way, electricity consumers will get better benefits. Competition among companies will increase how to provide better benefits to people at lower prices.

 According to government sources, the Electricity (Amendment) Bill, 2021, is likely to be tabled before the Union Cabinet in the next few days. The government wants to introduce the bill in the monsoon session of parliament. The monsoon session will end on August 13, 2021. Earlier, the Lok Sabha bulletin issued by the government on July 12 contained 14 bills, including electricity (amendment) bills. Which the government has listed for presentation in the monsoon session.

 With the introduction of such a revised electricity bill, the licensing regime will be lifted from the distribution business and there will be competition between companies. In addition, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) and the Renewal Energy Obligation (RPO) will be strengthened.

 Notably, in July, Energy and Renewal Minister RK Singh said the bill seeks to end the license regime from power distribution. We proposed that the distribution of electricity, such as electricity generation, be exempted from licensing. The bill has been approved by all ministries but the Ministry of Law has one or two questions.
