ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର : - ଉତ୍ତର ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗର ଓ ତାହାର ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଗତକାଲି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିବା ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ଲଘୁଚାପ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଏହା ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୨୮ରୁ ୩୦ ତାରିଖ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବହୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଅଧିକାଂଶ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ହାଲକାରୁ ମଧ୍ୟମ ଧରଣର ବର୍ଷା ସହ ଗୋଟିଏ ୨ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ପ୍ରବଳରୁ ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି

 ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ଥିତ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଏଚ ଆର ବିଶ୍ୱାସଙ୍କ କହିବାନୁଯାୟୀ, , ଉତ୍ତର ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗର ଓ ତାର ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିବା ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ଲଘୁଚାପ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇପାରେ । ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଆଜି ବହୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ବର୍ଷା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ, କେନ୍ଦୁଝର, ମୟୁରଭଂଜ, ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର, ଯାଜପୁର ଓ ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଗୋଟିଏ ଦୁଇଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି । ୨୮ରୁ ୩୦ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ବର୍ଷା ପରିମାଣ ବଢ଼ିବ।

 ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ପ୍ରଭାବରେ କିଛି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ତଳୁଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସାମୟିକ ଜଳମଗ୍ନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି।

 ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ନିଅଣ୍ଟିଆ ମୌସୁମୀ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁ ଚାଷୀ କୂଳ ହତାଶ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆଗାମୀ ୩ ଦିନ ବର୍ଷା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟକ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଅନୁମାନ କରାଯାଉଛି।

The rainfall is expected to increase from the 28th to the 30th.

 Extreme levels of flood danger were announced in at least three places in the lower reaches of the district.

 Farmers are frustrated by the monsoon rains this year, and the next three days are expected to help them.
