ଯାଜପୁର (ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ) :- ଖାକିରେ ଲାଗିଛି କଳଙ୍କର ଛିଟା । ପୋଲିସ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ନାଁରେ ଲଭ ସେକ୍ସ ଧୋକା ଅଭିଯୋଗ । ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ବହନ କରୁଥିବା ପୋଲିସ ବିଭାଗର ଜଣେ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ବିଧବା ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ଧୋକା ଦେଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି । ଏନେଇ ମହିଳା ଜଣକ ଥାନାରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିବା ପରେ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ପୋଲିସ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରି କୋର୍ଟ ଚାଲାଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏଭଳି ଘଟଣା ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ଥାନା ଅଂଚଳରେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାର ବିଷୟ ପାଲଟିଛି । ସୂଚନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ଥାନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଦିଗାମ୍ବରପୁର ଗ୍ରାମର ଜଣେ ବିଧବା ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଓଏପିଏଫ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଶ୍ୟାମସୁନ୍ଦର କିସ୍କୋଙ୍କ ପ୍ରେମସମ୍ପର୍କ ଗଢି ଉଠିଥିଲା ।

ଓଏପିଏଫ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଜଣକ ଯୁବତୀଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇ ତାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଶାରିରୀକ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ରଖିଥିଲେ । ହେଲେ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସମୟରେ ବିବାହ କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରିଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଏପରିକି ଗର୍ଭ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ପରେ ଏକ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନର ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଉଭୟଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବୁଝାମଣା ହୋଇଥିଲା । ତେବେ ବିବାହରେ ଅରାଜି ହେବାରୁ ଯୁବତୀ ଜଣକ ଏସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ଥାନାରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ । ଅଭିଯୋଗ ପାଇ ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ପୋଲିସ ଏକ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ କରି ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ଶ୍ୟାମସୁନ୍ଦରଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଥିଲା । ଉଭୟଙ୍କ ଡାକ୍ତରୀମାଇନା କରାଯିବା ସହ ପୀଡିତାର ମାଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଟଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ୧୬୪ ଧାରାରେ ବୟାନ ରେକର୍ଡ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ପରେ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତକୁ କୋର୍ଟ ଚାଲାଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ପୁଲିସ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି । ଗିରଫ ଓଏପିଏଫ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଶ୍ୟାମସୁନ୍ଦର କିସ୍କୋଙ୍କ ଘର ସୁକିନ୍ଦା ଥାନା ଅଂଚଳର ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଜାରକା ଫାଣ୍ଡିରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଉକ୍ତ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସହ ଦେଖା ସାକ୍ଷାତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏବେ ସେ ପାଣିକୋଇଲିସ୍ଥିତ ପୋଲିସ ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଓଏପିଏଏଫ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିଲେ ।

According to sources, Shyamsunder Kisko, an OAPF employee, had an affair with a widow from Digambarpur village under Dharamsala police station.

 An OAPF employee had sex with the young woman, promising to marry her. However, he later refused to marry. He even complained of miscarriage. The two later reached an agreement through a foundation. However, the young woman lodged a complaint with the Dharamsala police station in connection with the marriage dispute. Dharamsala police have registered a case and arrested Shyamsunder. Both were medically abused and the victim's magistrate's statement was recorded under Section 16.

 The accused was later arraigned in court, police said. The arrested OAPF employee, Shyamsunder Kisko, was from Sukinda police station and met with the woman while working at the Zarka Fund. He now works as an OAPAF at the police headquarters in Panikoili.
