 ମିଳିଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମୁତାବିକ, ଆଇଆର୍-୩ କ୍ବାର୍ଟର୍ସ ବିଜେଡିର ରାଜ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ଆବଣ୍ଟନ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ବିଜେଡି ତାର ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟ ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରଣ ଓ ନୂଆ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ୟୁନିଟ-୬ରେ କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କୁ ଆବଣ୍ଟନ ହେଉଥିବା କ୍ବାର୍ଟର୍ସ ଭି ୨/୧ ଏବଂ ଭି ୨/୨କୁ ନେଇଛି। ଏହି ଦୁଇଟି କ୍ବାର୍ଟର୍ସର ଜମି ବିଜେଡିକୁ ଲିଜ୍ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯିବା ପରେ ବିଜେଡି ଏହାକୁ ଫ୍ରି ହୋଲ୍ଡ କରି ନେଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ରହିଛି।

 ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଏହି କ୍ବାର୍ଟର୍ସ ଯେଉଁ ଜମିରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହୋଇଛି ତାହାକୁ ବିଜେଡି ସରକାରୀ ବେଞ୍ଚମାର୍କ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ ଟଙ୍କା ଜମା କରି କିଣି ନେଇଛି। ଏବେ ଏଠାରେ ନୂ୍ଆ କୋଠା ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଡିଜାଇନ୍ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇସାରିଛି।

 According to the information received, the IR-3 quarters have been allotted for the BJD state office while the BJD has taken the quarters V2 / 1 and V2 / 2 allotted to the Capital Hospital doctors in Unit-4 for its headquarters expansion and new office. It is learned that the land was leased to the BJD after the land of the two quarters was leased to the BJP.

 In other words, the land on which the quarters were built was bought by the BJP by depositing money at the benchmark price. Now a new building will be built here. The design is ready for this.
