ତିନି ବର୍ଷ ବିତିଗଲାଣି, ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ସିଟି ରେ କେବେ ଗଡିବ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍?

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର : - ହାଇଦରାବାଦ, ପୁନେ ଓ ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ସହରରେ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ (ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକ) ଯାନ (ବସ୍‌) ଗଡିଲାଣି। ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣକୁ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ସେଠାକାର ସରକାର ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ଚଳାଚଳ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଥଚ ୩ବର୍ଷ ତଳେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ଚଳାଚଳ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଖଣ୍ଡେ ହେଲେ ବସ୍ ଆସି ପାରିଲା ନାହିଁ। ବସ୍‌ ତିଆରି ହୋଇ ସାରିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଣାଯାଉ ନାହିଁ।

ରାଜଧାନୀ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ ପରିବହନ(କ୍ରୁଟ୍‌) ସଂସ୍ଥା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ଚଳାଚଳ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିଲା। ବସ୍‌ ଯୋଗାଣ ପାଇଁ ଠିକା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ (ଟେଣ୍ଡର) ପାଇଥିବା ପିଏମ୍‌ଆଇ ଫୋର୍ଟନ ସଂସ୍ଥା ବସ୍‌ ‌ତିଆରି କରି ସାରିଲାଣି। କ୍ରୁଟ ବସ୍‌ ଆଣି ଚଳାଇବା କଥା‌, ହେଲେ ଆଣୁନାହିଁ। କେତେବେଳେ କହୁଛି ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚରେ ଚାଲିବ ତ ଆଉ କେତେବେଳେ କହୁଛି ଏପ୍ରିଲରେ ଗଡିବ। କରୋନା କାଳରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ସମୟ ‘ମୋ ବସ୍‌’ ବନ୍ଦ ଥିଲା। ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ଆଣି ଠିଆ କଲେ କ୍ଷତି ସହିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ସମୟ ସୁବିଧା ଦେଖି ବସ୍‌ ଅଣାଯିବ। ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ଯାନ ନୀତିକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟରେ ମୋହର ମାରି ସାରିଲେଣି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ଓ ଡିଜେଲ ଚାଳିତ ଯାନବାହନ ଚଳାଚଳ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ହାର ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ଯାନ କ୍ରୟ କରିବାକୁ ଥିବା ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କୁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଦିଆଯିବ। ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ କମିବ; କିନ୍ତୁ ରାଜଧାନୀକୁ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖି ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ଚଳାଚଳ କରିବାକୁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇ ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ କ୍ରୁଟ୍‌ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦିଆଯାଉ ନାହିଁ। ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ରାଜଧାନୀ ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଗଡି ପାରିବ କି ନାହିଁ ଜାଣିବା ପାଇଁ କ୍ରୁଟ୍‌ ୧୯ ନଭେମ୍ବର, ୨୦୧୯ରେ ୨ଟି ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍ ହାଇଦରାବାଦରୁ ଆଣି ପରୀକ୍ଷାମୂଳକ ଭାବେ ଚଳାଚଳ କରିଥିଲା। ବିନା ଯାତ୍ରୀରେ ଦୁଇ ବସ୍‌ ରାଜଧାନୀର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମାର୍ଗରେ ୧୦ଦିନ ଗଡିଲା। ବସ୍‌ ଚଳାଚଳରୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଭାବେ ଜଣାପଡିଲା ଯେ, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମାର୍ଗରେ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍ ଚଳାଚଳ କରିପାରିବ। ତେଣୁ ୨୦୨୦ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୨୫ ବସ୍‌ ଆଣି ଚଳାଇବାକୁ କ୍ରୁଟ୍‌ ଯୋଜନା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଥିଲା। ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବସ ନିର୍ମାଣକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥା ପାଖରୁ ୨୫ ବସ୍‌ ଆଣି ଚଳାଇବାକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖିଥିଲା। ହେଲେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସମୟରେ କ୍ରୁଟ ବସ ଆଣି ପାରିଲା ନାହିଁ। କରୋନା ଯୋଗୁଁ ବିଦେଶରୁ ବସ ତିଆରି ପାଇଁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଉପକରଣ ଆସି ପାରୁ ନଥିବାରୁ ସଂସ୍ଥା ବସ ତିଆରି କରିପାରିନାହିଁ। ଭାରତରେ ଉପକରଣ ମିଳୁନାହିଁ। ଚାଇନାରୁ ଉପକରଣ ଆଣି ସଂସ୍ଥା ବସ ତିଆରି କରୁଛି। ବିମାନ ଉଡ଼ାଣ ବନ୍ଦ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଚାଇନାରୁ ଉପକରଣ ଭାରତକୁ ଆସିପାରୁ ନଥିବାରୁ ବସ ତିଆରି ହୋଇନାହିଁ ବୋଲି କ୍ରୁଟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୁହାଗଲା।

ପ୍ରଥମ ଲହର ସ୍ବାଭାବିକ ସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ଆସିବା ପରେ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୨୫ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ଆଣି ଚଳାଇବାକୁ ସ୍ଥିର କରିଥିଲା କ୍ରୁଟ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ବସ୍‌ ଚାର୍ଜ ଓ ଦୁଇଟି ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ବସ୍‌ ରହଣିସ୍ଥଳ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହୋଇଛି। ତିଆରି ହୋଇଥିବା ବସ୍‌ରେ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୩୨ ସ୍ଥାନ(ସିଟ୍‌) ଥିଲାେବଳେ ମୋବାଇଲ ଚାର୍ଜ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରତି ସିଟ ପାଖରେ ଚାର୍ଜ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିଛି। ଯାତ୍ରୀ କୌଣସି ସମସ୍ୟାରେ ପଡିଲେ ପାଖରେ ଥିବା ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ବଟମ ଦାବି ବସ୍‌ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାଳକଙ୍କୁ ସଙ୍କେତ ଦେଇ ପାରିବେ। ବିନା ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ଓ ଡିଜେଲରେ ବସ ଚାଲୁଥିବାରୁ ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣକୁ ରୋକାଯାଇ ପାରିବ। ବ୍ୟାଟେରିକୁ ୩ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଚାର୍ଜ କଲେ ୨୦୦ କି.ମି ବାଟ ଗଡିବ। ବ୍ୟାଟେରିରୁ ଚାର୍ଜ ଯେତେ ସରିଥିବ ଚାଳକ ଜାଣିବା ପାଇଁ ସିଟ ପାଖରେ ସଙ୍କେତ ପାଇବା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିଛି। ବସ୍‌ରେ ତିନିଟି ସିସିଟିଭି କ୍ୟାମେରା ଲଗାଯାଇଛି। ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ସ୍ମାର୍ଟସିଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ସହରରେ ୫୦ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ଚାଲିବ। ସ୍ମାର୍ଟସିଟି ମାନ୍ୟତାକୁ ୫ବର୍ଷ ବିତିବାକୁ ବସିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବସ୍‌ ଚଳାଚଳ ଦିଗରେ କେହି ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେଉନାହାନ୍ତି।

Consumers will be given financial incentives to buy electric vehicles in the coming days to reduce pollution levels in the petrol and diesel-powered vehicles in the state. Pollution will be reduced across the state; But even though steps have been taken to move electric buses with the aim of making the capital pollution-free, the Krut is not being taken seriously. On November 19, 2019 , Crutt brought two electric buses from Hyderabad on a trial basis to test whether the electric bus could roll on the capital's roads. Two buses rolled through the capital for 10 days without a passenger. It was initially clear from the bus service that electric buses could ply in various ways in Bhubaneswar. So by the end of March 2020, Krut had planned to bring 25 buses. By the end of March, the bus manufacturer had set a target of bringing in 25 buses. However, the bus could not be reached on time. The company could not make the bus because of the lack of equipment needed to make the bus from abroad due to the corona. No equipment found in India. The company is making buses from China. Crut said the bus was not made because equipment could not come to India from China due to the shutdown of flights.

 After the first wave returned to normal, Crut decided to bring in 25 electric buses by the end of March this year. Bus charges and two state-of-the-art bus shelters have been built for this purpose. The built-in bus has 32 seats (seats) for passengers, while each seat has a charging system for mobile charging. Passengers can signal to the driver to keep a nearby emergency claimant bus in case of any problems. Air pollution can be prevented by running buses without petrol and diesel. Charging the battery for 3 hours will cover a distance of 200 km. The seat is equipped with a signal to determine how much power the battery is charging. The bus has three CCTV cameras. Notably, the SmartCity project will run 50 electric buses in Bhubaneswar. With five years to go before the SmartCity standard, no one is paying attention to the way the electric bus operates.
