ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଜୀବିକାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର।

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର(ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ) : - ହଟିଲା ସପ୍ତାହନ୍ତ ସଟଡାଉନ୍। ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଜୀବିକାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର। ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍‌ ନେଇ ପ୍ରେସବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଜରିଆରେ ସୂଚନା ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏସ୍‌ଆରସି ପ୍ରଦୀପ ଜେନା । ପୁରୀ, କଟକ ଓ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଏବେ ସପ୍ତାହାନ୍ତ ସଟ୍‌ଡାଉନ ହଟିଛି। ସକାଳ ୫ଟାରୁ ରାତି ୧୦ଟା ଯାଏଁ ସବୁ ଖୋଲା ରହିବ। ସକାଳ ୫ଟାରୁ ରାତି ୧୦ଟା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦୋକାନ ବଜାର ସବୁ ଖୋଲା ରହିବ। ବାହାଘର ବ୍ରତ ଘରରେ ୨୫୦ ଜଣ ଲୋକ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇପାରିବେ। ଏଣିକି କୌଣସି ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ କିମ୍ବା ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସପ୍ତାହାନ୍ତ ସଟ୍‌ଡାଉନ୍‌ ଲାଗୁହେବ ନାହିଁ। ଆସନ୍ତା ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୧ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏଁ ଜାରି ରହିବ ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍ ।

 ସବୁ ପୌରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ରାତ୍ରିକାଳୀନ କର୍ଫ୍ୟୁ ରହିବ। ରାତି ୧୦ଟାରୁ ସକାଳ ୫ଟା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରହିବ ରହିବ ନାଇଟ କର୍ଫ୍ୟୁ। କେବଳ ଜରୁରୀ ସେବା ବ୍ୟତିତ ସାଧାରଣ ଯାଆସ ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ବଳବତ୍ତର ରହି । ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କ୍ଷମତାରେ ଚାଲିପାରିବ ସିନେମା ହଲ । ରେଷ୍ଟୁରାଣ୍ଟ, ମଲ, ସିନେମା ହଲ, ଧାର୍ମିକ ସ୍ଥଳୀ କରୋନା କଟକଣା ମାନି ପୂର୍ବଭଳି ଜାରି ରହିବ । ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବୃଦ୍ଧିପାଏ ତେବେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଚାହିଁଲେ ସାନି କଟକଣା ଲାଗୁ କରିପାରି​‌ବେ। ସେଭଳି ପୂଜା ପାର୍ବଣରେ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ନିର୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ ମାନିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୯ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପୂଜା ପାଇଁ ଆସିବ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍। ଏହା ସହିତ ଧାର୍ମିକ, ସାଂସ୍କୃତି ଏବଂ ରାଜନୈତିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ରହିବ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରେସବାର୍ତ୍ତାରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଏସଆରସି।

If the infection escalates in any area, the local administration could implement the Sani cut if it wanted to. Special instructions must be followed in such worship. Special guidelines will be available for worship by September 9. The SRC also said in a press release that there would be restrictions on religious, cultural and political activities.
