ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୧୭ରେ ହେବ ପିପିଲି ବିଧାନସଭା ଉପ ନିର୍ବାଚନ l

ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ : - କଳ୍ପନା ଜଳ୍ପନାର ଅବସାନ। ପିପିଲି ବିଧାନସଭାର ଉପ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ବାଜିଲା ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ବିଗୁଲ। ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୧୭ରେ ହେବ ବହୁ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ପିପିଲି ବିଧାନସଭା ଉପ ନିର୍ବାଚନ। ମେ ୨ରେ ଭୋଟ୍ ଗଣତି ସହ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ ଫଳାଫଳ। ଏନେଇ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ତାରିଖ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି।

ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୨୩ରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ। ଏହି ପରି ନାମାଙ୍କନ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୩୦ ରହିଛି। ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାରର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୩ ରହିଛି। ବିଜେଡିର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନେତା ତଥା ପୂର୍ବତନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ମହାରଥୀଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ପରେ ପିପିଲି ଆସନ ଖାଲି ପଡିଥିଲା।  

ପିପିଲି ବିଧାନସଭା ମଣ୍ଡଳ ବିଜେଡିର ଗଡ ଭାବେ ପରିଚିତ। ୨୦୦୦ ମସିହା ପରଠୁ ଅର୍ଥାତ ବିଜେଡି ଦଳ ଗଠନ ଦିନଠୁ ଏହି ଆସନରେ ଦଳର ଦବଦବା ରହି ଆସିଛି। ପ୍ରଦୀପ ମହାରଥୀ କ୍ରମାଗତ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଥର ପିପିଲିରୁ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇ ବିଧାନସଭାକୁ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ମହାରଥୀଙ୍କ ଯୋଗୁଁ ପିପିଲି ବିରୋଧୀ ବିଜେପି ଓ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ପାଇଁ ଏ ଯାଏଁ ଅଭେଦ୍ୟ ଦୁର୍ଗ ପାଲଟିଛି। ୨୦୦୦, ୨୦୦୪, ୨୦୦୯, ୨୦୧୪ ଓ ୨୦୧୯ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ମହାରଥୀ ବିଜୟ ହାସଲ କରିଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ବିଜେଡି ମହାରଥୀଙ୍କ ବିନା ମଇଦାନକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇବ।

ବିଜେଡିର ଅଭେଦ୍ୟ ଦୁର୍ଗ ରହିଆସିଥିବା ପିପିଲି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ଅକ୍ତିଆର କରିବାକୁ ବିରୋଧୀ ଜୋରଦାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବିଜେପିରୁ ଦଳର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସଭାପତି ଭାବେ ମଙ୍ଗ ଧରିଥିବା ଆଶ୍ରିତ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ପ୍ରଚାରକୁ ଜୋରଦାର କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଅଞ୍ଚଳବାସୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ଅସ୍ତ୍ର କରାଯାଇ ଘନଘନ ପ୍ରଚାର ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ପିପିଲି ଉପନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଜିତି ନିଜର ପତିଆରା ଜାହିର କରିବାକୁ ୨ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ବିଜେପି ଓ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତିକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ବିଜେଡି, ବିଜେପି ଓ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସମାନ୍ତରାଳ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଉଥିବା ନଜର ଆସୁଛି ।

ପିପିଲି ଉପ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ତାରିଖ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବେ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଥିଲା। ତେବେ ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏହି ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ଆସନରେ କାହାକୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ କରାଯିବ ସେ ନେଇ ବିଜେଡି, ବିଜେପି ଓ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମାନସ ମନ୍ଥନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ଯାଇଥିଲା। ବିଜେଡି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ମହାରଥୀଙ୍କ ପତ୍ନୀ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ହୋଇପାରନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଦୀପ ମହାରଥୀଙ୍କ ପତ୍ନୀ ପ୍ରତିଭା ମହାରଥୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ଉପ-ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଲଢିବାକୁ ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିଲେ ସେ ଖୁସି ହେବେ । ଦଳୀୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଆଭିମୁଖ୍ୟକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖିଲେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗତ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ମହାରଥୀଙ୍କ ପତ୍ନୀ ରାଜନୀତିକୁ ଆସିପାରନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଆଲୋଚନା ହେଉଛି । ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ବିଜେପି ପରାଜିତ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଆସ୍ରିତ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କୁ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ପିପିଲି ମଇଦାନରେ ଓହ୍ଲାଇବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। କଂଗ୍ରେସ କାହାକୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ କରିବ ସେ ନେଇ ଦଳରେ ବିଚାର ବିମର୍ଶ ଜାରି ରହିଛି।

୨୦୧୯ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଏହି ଆସନରେ ଶାସକ ବିଜୁ ଜନତା ଦଳ ଏବଂ ଭାରତୀୟ ଜନତା ପାର୍ଟି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୀବ୍ର ପ୍ରତିଦ୍ଵନ୍ଦ୍ଵିତା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଥିଲା। ମହାରଥୀଙ୍କୁ ୮୮, ୫୧୮ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଭୋଟ୍ ମିଳିଥିବା ବେଳେ ବିଜେପି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଆସ୍ରିତ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କୁ ୭୧, ୭୩୧ ଭୋଟ୍ ମିଳିଥିଲା। କଂଗ୍ରେସ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଅଜିତ୍ ମଙ୍ଗରାଜ ମାତ୍ର ୯,୮୩୦ ଭୋଟ୍ ସାଉଁଟିବାରେ ସକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇଥିଲେ।

 The election will be announced on March 23. The deadline to submit such nominations is March 30. The deadline for withdrawals is April 3. The Pipili seat fell vacant following the death of Pradeep Maharathi, a senior BJP leader and former minister.

 The Pipili assembly constituency is known as the stronghold of the BJP. The party has been in power since 2000, when it was formed. Pradeep Maharathi has won the Pipili constituency five times in a row and has been elected to the Legislative Assembly. Due to Maharathi, it has become an impenetrable stronghold for the anti-Papilio BJP and the Congress. Maharathi won the 2000, 2009, 2009, 2014 and 2014 assembly elections. For the first time, the BJP will come down to the ground without Maharathi.

 Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections. Ashrit Patnaik, who holds the manga as the party's district president from the BJP, has stepped up his campaign. Pradeep Maharathi's wife, Pratibha Maharathi, said she would be happy to have the opportunity to contest the by-elections. Given the party's stance, it is being speculated that the late Pradeep Maharathi's wife may be involved in politics. BJP defeated candidate Asrit Patnaik, on the other hand, is likely to descend on Pipili Maidan again. Discussions are ongoing in the party over who the Congress will nominate.

 In the 2014 elections, the ruling Biju Janata Party (BJP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) were vying for the seat. Maharathi got 4,518 votes while BJP candidate Asrit Patnaik got 41,431 votes. Congress candidate Ajit Mangraj was able to garner only 6,730 votes.
