ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଭିଜନ୍‌ ୨୦୩୦ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ରେ ୫ଟି ବଡ଼ ଶିଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ନୀତିଗତ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିଛି । ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ସ୍ରୁଷ୍ଟି ହେବ ୨୬,୯୫୯ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି I

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର(ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ) : - ଦେଶର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ନିବେଶ ସ୍ଥଳ ପାଲଟିଛି ଓଡ଼ିଶା । କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ମହାମାରୀ ସତ୍ତେ୍ୱ ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ରେ ୨.୯୬ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟିର ନିବେଶ ସାଉଁଟିଛି ରାଜ୍ୟ । ଆଜି ଏ ଦିଗରେ ସଫଳତାର ଆଉ ଏକ ପାଦ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ାଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର । ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଭାରତର ଇସ୍ପାତ ହବ୍‌ରେ ରୁପାନ୍ତର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଭିଜନ୍‌ ୨୦୩୦ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ରେ ୫ଟି ବଡ଼ ଶିଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ନୀତିଗତ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିଛି ।

ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ବସିଥିବା ୨୬ ତମ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ (ଏଚ୍‌ଏଲ୍‌ସିଏ) ବୈଠକରେ ଏସବୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଛି । 

 ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ପାଇଥିବା ୫ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭୂଷଣ ପାୱାର ଆଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ଷ୍ଟିଲ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ର ଏକ ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରଣ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସାମିଲ ଅଛି । କମ୍ପାନି ୫୫,୦୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ନିବେଶରେ ସମ୍ବଲପୁରର ରେଙ୍ଗାଲିରେ ଥିବା ଏହାର ସମନ୍ୱିତ ଇସ୍ପାତ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟର ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ୫ ନିୟୁତ ଟନ୍‌ରୁ ୧୫ ନିୟୁତ ଟନ୍‌କୁ ବଢ଼ାଇବ । ଏହା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୧୦,୦୦୦ରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ନୂଆ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ । ଟାଟା ଷ୍ଟିଲ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ର ଏକ ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରଣ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ବି ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିଛି । ଯାଜପୁରର କଳିଙ୍ଗନଗରଠାରେ କମ୍ପାନି ୪୭,୫୯୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ନିବେଶରେ ଏହାର ବାର୍ଷିକ ଅଶୋଧିତ ଇସ୍ପାତ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ୩ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏରୁ ୮ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏକୁ ବଢ଼ାଇବ । ହଟ୍‌ ରୋଲ୍‌ଡ କଏଲ୍‌କୁ ୩ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏରୁ ୭ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏକୁ ବଢ଼ାଇବ । କୋଲଡ-ରୋଲ୍‌ଡ ପ୍ରଡକ୍ଟସର ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ୨.୨ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏକୁ ଏବଂ ଲଙ୍ଗ୍‌ ପ୍ରଡ଼କ୍ଟ୍‌ସ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ୨ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏ କରିବ । ଏ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଜରିଆରେ କମ୍ପାନି ୪,୬୨୫ରୁ ଊଦ୍ଧ୍ୱର୍ ନୂଆ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବ ।

ସେହିଭଳି ଜିନ୍ଦଲ ଷ୍ଟିଲ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ପାୱାର ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ ଅନୁଗୁଳରେ ଥିବା ଏହାର ୬ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏ ସମନ୍ୱିତ ଷ୍ଟିଲ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟର ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ୧୮.୬ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏରୁ ୨୫.୨ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ କମ୍ପାନି ୨୪,୬୫୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ନିବେଶ କରିବ । ଏହା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୧୦୦୦ରୁ ଊଦ୍ଧ୍ୱର୍ ନୂଆ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ । ଏହି ନିବେଶ ସହ ଜେଏସ୍‌ପିଏଲ୍‌ର ମୋଟ ନିବେଶ ୧,୦୦,୬୭୦ କୋଟିରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ । ଫଳରେ ଏହି ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟ ବିଶ୍ୱର ସର୍ବବୃହତ୍‌ ସିଙ୍ଗିଲ୍‌ ଲୋକେସନ ଷ୍ଟିଲ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବ ।

ରୁଙ୍ଗ୍‌ଟା ମାଇନ୍ସ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ର ଏକ ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଛି । ଢ଼େଙ୍କାନାଳର ଝାଡ଼ବନ୍ଧଠାରେ କମ୍ପାନିର ସମନ୍ୱିତ ଇସ୍ପାତ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟର କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ୨.୮୫ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏରୁ ୭.୫୫ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯିବ । ଏଥିରେ କମ୍ପାନି ୧୧,୦୦୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ନିବେଶ କରିବ । ଏହା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୬,୨୦୦ରୁ ଊଦ୍ଧ୍ୱର୍ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ମିଳିବ । ରୁଙ୍ଗ୍‌ଟା ମାଇନ୍ସ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ର ଆଉ ଏକ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିଛି । କେନ୍ଦୁଝରର କାରାଖେନ୍ଦ୍ରାଠାରେ କମ୍ପାନି ଏହାର ଷ୍ଟିଲ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ୦.୫୩ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏରୁ ୩ ଏମ୍‌ଟିପିଏକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ କମ୍ପାନି ୭,୯୨୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ନିବେଶ କରିବ । ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରିତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୫,୧୩୪ରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ ।

 ଆଜିର ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦେଶର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ନିବେଶସ୍ଥଳ ଭାବେ ନିଜର ସ୍ଥାନ ମଜଭୁତ କରିଥିବା ଶିଳ୍ପ ବିଭାଗ ସଚିବ ହେମନ୍ତ ଶର୍ମା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି l

Under the Chief Minister's Vision 2030, five major industrial projects have been approved. There will be 26, 959 jobs in Odisha. 

Bhubaneswar (Beuro Report): - Odisha has become one of the best investment destinations in the country. Despite the Kovidh epidemic, the state has invested Rs 2.6 lakh crore in 2020-21. Today, the state government has taken another step forward in this regard. Five major industrial projects have been approved under the Chief Minister's Vision 830 to transform Odisha into India's steel hub.

 The proposal was approved at a meeting of the 28th High Level Approval Authority (HLLACA) chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

  Among the five projects approved is an expansion project of Bhushan Power & Steel Co., Ltd. With an investment of Rs 55,000 crore, the company will increase the annual production capacity of its integrated steel plant in Rengali, Sambalpur from 5 million tonnes to 15 million tonnes. It will create more than 10,000 new jobs. An expansion project of Tata Steel Limited has also been approved. At Kalinganagar in Jajpur, the company will increase its annual crude steel production capacity from Rs 3,56 crore to Rs 4 MTPA with an investment of Rs 4,57 crore. The hot rolled coil will increase K4 from 3 MTPA to 4 MTPA. Cold-Rolled Products will have an annual production capacity of 2.2 M4TPA and Long Product 4 Capacity. Through this project, the company will create more than 6,725 new jobs.

 Similarly, Jindal Steel and Power Power will increase the proposed production capacity of its 4 MTPA integrated steel plant in Anugul from 18.4 MTPPA to 25.2 MTPPA. The company will invest Rs 27,952 crore for this. It will create more than 1,000 new jobs. With this investment, JSPL's total investment will reach Rs 1,060 crore. As a result, the plant will become the world's largest single-location steel plant.

 An expansion proposal from Rungta Mines Limited has been approved. The capacity of the company’s integrated steel plant at Dhenkanal’s Jharkhand will be increased from the proposed 2.45 M4TPA to 7.55 M6PA. The company will invest Rs 11,001 crore. It will employ more than 4,200 people. Another proposal by Rungta Mines Limited has also been approved. At Karakhendra in Kendujhar, the company will increase its steel plant's production capacity from 0.53 m3 to 3 m4. The company will invest Rs 6,720 crore for this. The expanded project will create more than 5,138 jobs.

  "Today's approval has made Odisha one of the best investment destinations in the country," said Hemant Sharma, industry secretary.
