ରାସନ କାର୍ଡରେ ମିଳୁଥିବା ଚାଉଳ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧୮ କିଲୋମିଟର I

ଚିତ୍ରକୋଣ୍ଡା : - ରାସନ କାର୍ଡରେ ମିଳୁଥିବା ଚାଉଳ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧୮ କିଲୋମିଟର। ଏଭଳି ଦୃଶ୍ୟ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି ମାଲକାନଗିରି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଚିତ୍ରକୋଣ୍ଡା ବ୍ଲକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଧୂଳିଫୁଟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତରେ। ଦୀର୍ଘଦିନରୁ ବିଛିନ୍ନ ହୋଇ ରହିଥିବା ସ୍ୱାଭିମାନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ଗମନା ଗମନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବଡ଼ପଡା ଠାରେ ଗୁରୁପ୍ରିୟା ନଦୀ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେଲା ଗୁରୁପ୍ରିୟା ସେତୁ। ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଓ ଗ୍ରାମକୁ ସଂଯୋଗ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେଲା ରାସ୍ତା।

 ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧା ନିମନ୍ତେ ରାସ୍ତାଘାଟ ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସରକାରୀ ଯୋଜନା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରାଯାଉଛି କୋଟି କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା। କିନ୍ତୁ ଗାଁକୁ ରାସ୍ତା ଥାଇବି ଆଜି ବି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ରାସନ ଚାଉଳ ପାଇଁ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି ୧୮ କିଲୋମିଟର। ୧ ଟଙ୍କାର ଚାଉଳ ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ କେଜି ପ୍ରତି ୨୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି। ୪ ହଜାରରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ଲୋକ ଧୂଳିଫୁଟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତରେ ବାସ କରନ୍ତି।

 ଧୂଳିଫୁଟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତକୁ ରାସ୍ତା ନିର୍ମାଣ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ବି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଆଜି ବି ରାସନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୀର୍ଘ କିଲୋମିଟର ଚାଲିଚାଲି ବଡ଼ପଡାର ହାଟଗୁଡାକୁ ଆସିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ୁଛି। କିଏ ଘୋଡା ସାହାଯ୍ୟରେ ତ କିଏ ଚାଲି ଚାଲି ଆସି ରାସନ ଚାଉଳ ନେଇଥାନ୍ତି। ଯାହାକୁ ନେଇ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଧୂଳିଫୁଟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ବାସୀ। ଧୂଳିଫୁଟ ଠାରୁ ବଡ଼ପଡା ବହୁତ ଦୂର ହେଉଥିବାରୁ ଓ ୩୫ କେଜି ଚାଉଳ ପାଇଁ ୧୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଅଟୋ ଭଡ଼ା ଦେବାକୁ ପଡିଥାଏ।

 ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ହେଡକ୍ୱାର୍ଟରରେ ରାସନ ଚାଉଳ ମିଳିବା କଥା। କିନ୍ତୁ କେଉଁ କାରଣ ପାଇଁ ଧୂଳିଫୁଟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତରେ ରାସନ ଚାଉଳ ନ ଦିଆ ଯାଇ ବଡ଼ପଡାର ହାଟଗୁଡା ଠାରେ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି, ତାହା ତଦନ୍ତ ସାପେକ୍ଷ। ତେବେ ଧୂଳିଫୁଟ ସେଲସମ୍ୟାନଙ୍କ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଧୂଳିଫୁଟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତକୁ ଗାଡ଼ି ଯାଇ ପାରୁନାହିଁ। ଚାଉଳ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ଗାଡ଼ି ଭଡ଼ା ଅଧିକ ପଡ଼ୁଥିବାରୁ ସେଠାରେ ଦେବା ସମ୍ଭବ ହେଉନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। (Source-OR)

 Crores of rupees are being spent on the delivery of various government schemes to the people, starting from the roads for the convenience of the people of the local area. But there will be roads to the village and even today people have to walk 18 km. to get rice. People have to spend Rs 20 per kg to get Rs 1 rice. More than 4,000 people live in the dusty panchayat.

 Even though the road to Dhulifut Panchayat has been built, people still have to walk long distances to Hatguda in Badpada for food. Some go on horseback and some come on rice. Residents of Dhulifut panchayat have expressed dissatisfaction. As the area is far away from the dusty feet and you have to pay an auto rent of Rs 150 for 35 kg of rice.

 According to government regulations, ration rice is to be found in the headquarters of each panchayat. However, it is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. However, the dusty feet salesman said that the dusty feet could not drive to the panchayat due to the rains. He said it was not possible to pay there because of the high cost of transporting rice.
