କଟକ (ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ରିପୋର୍ଟ) : - କଟକ ସାଂସଦ ଭର୍ତ୍ତୃହରି ମହତାବ ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ବିରୋଧରେ ଯୌତୁକ ନିର୍ଯ୍ୟାତନା ମାମଲା। ମହତାବଙ୍କ ପୁରା ପରିବାର ଏବେ ଯୌତୁକ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ମାମଲାରେ ଛନ୍ଦି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ସାଂସଦ ଭର୍ତ୍ତୃହରିଙ୍କ ବୋହୂ ସାକ୍ଷୀ ମହତାବ ଯୌତୁକ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ତଥା ଶାରୀରିକ ଏବଂ ମାନସିକ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଭୋପାଳ ମହିଳା ଥାନାରେ ଏତଲା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଶଶୁର ତଥା ସାଂସଦ ଭର୍ତ୍ତୁହରି ମହତାବଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ସ୍ବାମୀ ଲୋକରଞ୍ଜନ ମହତାବ ଏବଂ ଶାଶୂ ମହାଶ୍ବେତା ମହତାବଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସାକ୍ଷୀ ମହିଳା ଥାନାରେ ଏତଲା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଯୌତୁକ ନିର୍ଯାତନ ସହିତ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଜୀବନରୁ ମାରିଦେବା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଧମକ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ନେଇ ନିଜ ଏତଲାରେ ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି ସାକ୍ଷୀ ।

 ସାକ୍ଷୀ ଏ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ନେଇ ଭୋପାଳ ମହିଳା ଥାନାରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି l ଶାଶୁଘର ନାଁରେ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି ସଙ୍ଗୀନ ଅଭିଯୋଗ। ସାକ୍ଷୀ ତାଙ୍କ ଏତଲା ରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ‘ମୋତେ ଯୌତୁକ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ସହ ଶାରୀରିକ ଏବଂ ମାନସିକ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରତାରିତ କରାଯାଉଛି । ଏହା ସହିତ ଜୀବନରୁ ମାରିଦେବାକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଧମକ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି । ତାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଜିନିଷପତ୍ର(ଗହଣାଗାଣ୍ଠି) କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନେ ନେଇଯାଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାକୁ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କଲେ ଜୀବନରୁ ମାରିଦେବାକୁ ଧମକ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି ।’

 ଭୋପାଳ ମହିଳା ଥାନା ପୋଲିସ ଧାରା ୪୯୮ଏ, ୪୦୬, ୫୦୬ ଏବଂ ଧାରା ୩୪ ଆଧାର​‌ରେ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ କରିଛି । ତିନି ପୃଷ୍ଠାର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଫର୍ଦ୍ଦରେ ସାକ୍ଷୀ ମହତାବ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ‘ମୋର ବିବାହ ୧୨/୧୨/୨୦୧୬ ମସିହାରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ବିନା କୌଣସି ଦ୍ବିଧାରେ ବିବାହ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ବିବାହ ପୁରାପୁରି ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ପରିବାର ପକ୍ଷରୁ କ୍ଷମତା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ସମସ୍ତ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ୨.୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ମୂଲ୍ୟର ସୁନା ଗହଣା ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଡ୍ରେସ୍‌ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା । କିନ୍ତୁ ବିବାହର ମାତ୍ର ୪ ଦିନ ପରେ ଅର୍ଥାତ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୬ ତାରିଖ ୨୦୧୬ ମସିହାରେ ମୋ ବାପା-ମାଆଙ୍କୁ ମୋତେ ନେଇଯିବା ପାଇଁ କହିଥିଲେ । ଏହାପରେ ମୋ ବାପା-ମାଆ କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତା କରି ସମାଧାନ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିଥିଲେ କିନ୍ତୁ ମୋ ଶାଶୂ କୌଣସି କଥା ବୁଝିନଥିଲେ ।’

 ସେ ନିଜ ଏତଲାରେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି, ଏତେ ସବୁ ହେବାପରେ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୭ ତାରିଖ ୨୦୧୬ରେ ମୋ ସ୍ବାମୀ ଲୋକରଞ୍ଜନ ମହତାବ ଏବଂ ମୁଁ କଟକ ଚାଲିଆସିଥିଲୁ କିନ୍ତୁ ସେଠାରେ ସମସ୍ତେ ମିଶି ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଦେଇଥିଲେ । ମୋତେ ଘରେ ଚାକରାଣୀ ପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଉଥିଲା । ଘରେ ରହିବା ପାଇଁ ଦିଆଯାଉନଥିଲା । ଘର ତଳେ ଥିବା ଏକ ଛୋଟ ସିଡି ଘରେ ରହିବ ପାଇଁ ଛାଡିଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା । ମୋ ଶ୍ବଶୂର ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଶୁଣୁନଥିଲେ ବରଂ ନିର୍ଯ୍ୟାନତା ଦେଉଥି​‌ଲେ । ପରେ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧ ତାରିଖ ୨୦୧୭ ମସିହାରେ ମୋତେ ଗ୍ବାଲିୟର ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲା । ସେଠାରେ କିଛି ଦିନ ରହିବା ପ​‌ରେ ଭୋପାଳ ସ୍ଥିତ ନିଜ ଘରକୁ ଚାଲିଆସିଥିଲି । ଶ୍ବଶୁରଙ୍କୁ ଏ ବାବଦରେ ବାରମ୍ବାର କହିଥିଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସେ ଶୁଣିନଥିଲେ । ତାଙ୍କ ବାସଭବନରେ ଦୀର୍ଘସମୟ ଧରି ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରୁଥିଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସାଂସଦ ଭର୍ତ୍ତୃହରି ମହତାବ ଦେଖାକରୁନଥିଲେ । ଗତ ୨୩/୦୭/୨୦୧୮ ମସିହାରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସ୍ଥିତ ସ୍ବାମୀ ଲୋକରଞ୍ଜନ ମହତାବଙ୍କ ବାସଭବନକୁ ଯାଇ ରାତିସାରା ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ କେହି ଦେଖାକରିନଥିଲେ । ବାରମ୍ବାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଚାହୁଁଥିଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା କେହି ଶୁଣୁନଥିଲେ ବରଂ ଛାଡପତ୍ର କରାଇଦେବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରୁଥିଲେ । ଅଧିକ ଯୌତୁକ ପାଇଁ ଛାଡପତ୍ର ଦେଇ ଅନ୍ୟତ୍ର ବିବାହ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କହୁଥିଲେ ସ୍ବାମୀ ଲୋକରଞ୍ଜନ ମହତାବ । ବିବାହର ପରଦିନ ଠାରୁ ହିଁ ସ୍ବାମୀ ଲୋକରଞ୍ଜନ ମହତାବ, ଶ୍ବଶୁର ଭର୍ତ୍ତୃହରି ମହତାବ ଏବଂ ଶାଶୂ ମହାଶ୍ବେତା ମହତାବଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ମୋତେ ଶାରୀରିକ ଏବଂ ମାନସିକ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲା । ତେବେ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଅସହ୍ୟ ହେବାରୁ ଆଇନର ଆଶ୍ରୟ ନେବାକୁ ପଡିଲା ବୋଲି ବୋହୂ ସାକ୍ଷୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି I

I was later taken to Gwalior on January 1, 2018. After staying there for a few days, I moved to my home in Bhopal. He repeatedly told his father-in-law about it, but he did not listen. He had been waiting at his residence for a long time, but his brother Hari Mahatab did not appear. On 23/06/2018, she went to the residence of her husband Lokranjan Mahatab in Delhi and waited all night. Repeatedly seeking a solution, no one listened but tried to get a divorce. Her husband, Lok Ranjan Mahatab, was asking for a dowry and getting a divorce elsewhere. It was not until the day after the wedding that I was physically and mentally abused by my husband Lokranjan Mahatab, brother-in-law Hari Mahatab and mother-in-law Mahasweta Mahatab.
