ପାରାଦୀପରୁ ବଡ଼ବିଲ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୩୦୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ୮-ଲେନ ଇଣ୍ଟିଗ୍ରେଟେଡ୍ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ କରିଡ଼ର ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେଇଥିଲେ | ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀକାଳରେ ଏହି ରାସ୍ତାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ୪-ଲେନ୍ କରିବାକୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଓଡିଶା ଅଂଶୀଦାର ହେବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛୁକ ଏବଂ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ କରିଡର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ସମସ୍ତ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବ। ଆଲୋଚନା ହୋଇଥିବା ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ୪୩ କିଲୋମିଟର ରିମୁଲି-କୋଇଡା, ୧୦୪ କିମି ସିଙ୍ଗାରା-ବିଞ୍ଜବାହାଲ୍ ଏବଂ NH-୨୦ ର ୧୬୬ କିମି ପାଣିକୋଇଲି-ରିମୁଲି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ , ଓଡିଶା ବନ୍ଦର ସହିତ ସଡ଼କ ସଂଯୋଗ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ |
ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଅମ୍ପାନି - ଜୟପୁର, ରୋଡଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର-ପୁରୀ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସୱେ ଏବଂ ରାୟପୁର-ବିଶାଖାପାଟନମ୍ ରୋଡ୍ ପାଇଁ ଆଲୋଚନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା l
The Chief Minister of Odisha held talks with the Union Minister on the expansion of the national highway.
Bhubaneswar (Bureau Report): -In the presence of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Odisha Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik, Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari held important talks and accepted the highway project. The Chief Minister proposed to complete the ongoing projects in the mining-rich Kendujhar
district l This is important for the state’s economy and steel industry, the chief minister said. It also proposed a 300-kilometer 4-lane integrated economic corridor from Paradip to Baddabil. In the meantime, the Chief Minister has suggested that these roads be made 4-lane and assured that Odisha will provide all possible assistance to the project and the Economic Corridor project to be a partner. Other projects discussed include the 63 km Remuli-Koida, 108 km Singara-Binjbahal and the 18 km NH-20 to Panikoili-Remuli, road connectivity with the Odisha port.
In addition, Ampani-Jaipur Road, The Bhubaneswar-Puri Expressway and the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Road were discussed.
