ବୁଣାକାରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ୟାକେଜ ଘୋଷଣା l

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର : - ବୁଣାକାରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ୟାକେଜ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଣିକି ବିନା ସୁଧରେ ପଚାଶ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଋଣ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଏନେଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କୃଷି ପରେ ହସ୍ତତନ୍ତ ହିଁ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଯୋଗାଇଥାଏ । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଲକ୍ଷାଧିକ ଲୋକ ହସ୍ତତନ୍ତ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରନ୍ତି । ବୁଣାକାରମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷତା ଦ୍ବାରା ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ମହାନ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ପରମ୍ପରାକୁ ହସ୍ତତନ୍ତ ଜରିଆରେ ସାରା ବିଶ୍ବରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଆସୁଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ତିଆରି ହସ୍ତତନ୍ତର ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଶେଷ ଚାହିଦା ରହିଛି । କିନ୍ତୁ ମହାମାରୀ କୋଭିଡ ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ଗତ ଦୁଇବର୍ଷରେ ହସ୍ତତନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ଗଭୀର ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୋଇଛି ଏବଂ ଆମର ହଜାର ହଜାର ବୁଣାକାର ମାନଙ୍କ ରୋଜଗାରରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ହ୍ରାସ ଘଟିଛି। ଏହି ପ୍ୟାକେଜରେ କଂକ୍ରିଟ୍ ହୋଇନଥିବା ୧୫,୦୦୦ ଲୁମପିଟକୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟକମେ ଆଗାମୀ ତିନି ବର୍ଷରେ କଂକ୍ରିଟ କରାଯିବ। ପ୍ରତି ଲୁମପିଟକୁ କଂକ୍ରିଟ ପାଇଁ ୭୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରାଯିବ ।

ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଯେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୩୧,୩୪୨ଟି ଲୁମପିଟ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୧୫,୦୭୧ଟି ଲୁମପିଟକୁ କଂକ୍ରିଟ କରାଯାଇଛି । ସେହିପରି ୩୦୦୦ ବୁଣାକାର ପରିବାରକୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ୟାକେଜ ଅଧୀନରେ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ହାଉସ୍ କମ୍ ୱାର୍କ ସେଡ୍ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଏ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୧୧୬୯୫ଟି ହାଉସ୍ କମ୍ ୱାର୍କ ସେଡ୍ ବୁଣାକାର ପରିବାରକୁ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଲୁଗାବୁଣା ଏବଂ କୁଟୀର ଶିଳ୍ପ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ପରିବାରର ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥାନ୍ତି। ସେହିପରି ଡିଜାଇନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ମଧ୍ୟ ଏକ ଜଟିଳ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା । ତେଣୁ ବୁଣାକାରମାନଙ୍କ ଆଖି ଉପରେ ଯେପରି ବିଶେଷ ଚାପ ନ ପଡ଼ିବ ଏବଂ ସେମାନେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ସମୟ କାମ କରିପାରିବେ, ସେଥିପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ରେ ବିଜୁଳି ଆଲୁଅ ଓ ବିଜୁଳି ପଙ୍ଖା ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ। ସେହିପରି ସମସ୍ତ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବୁଣାକାର ପରିବାରକୁ ଅଗ୍ରାଧିକାର ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ବାସଗୃହ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି ।

ପଞ୍ଚାୟତରାଜ ବିଭାଗର ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍ ଅନୁସାରେ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ଚୟନ କରାଯିବ । ଏହି ପ୍ୟାକେଜରେ ବୁଣାକାରମାନେ ଯେପରି ସୁବିଧାରେ ଋଣ ପାଇ ପାରିବେ ତା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ବୁଣାକାରମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଚାଶ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିନା ସୁଧରେ ଋଣ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।ବୁଣାକାରମାନଙ୍କର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ରଖିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ଯଥା – ସିଏଫସି, ଗୋଦାମ ଓ ବିକ୍ରୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଆଦି ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ଓ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ବିଭାଗ ଜରିଆରେ କରାଯିବ ।

Announcement of package for weavers. 

Bhubaneswar: The Chief Minister has announced a special package for weavers. An interest-free loan of up to Rs 50,000 will be provided. The Chief Minister has ordered this. After agriculture, handloom in the state is the largest employer in rural areas. Millions of people in the state now depend on handlooms. The weavers have been presenting the great cultural traditions of Odisha through handlooms all over the world through their skills and there is also a special demand for handicrafts made in Odisha. But in the last two years, the handloom business has been severely affected by the epidemic, and the livelihoods of thousands of our weavers have also declined. The 15,000 non-concrete jumpers in the package will be concreted in the next three years. Each lump will cost Rs 4,000 for concrete.

 Of the 31,382 jumpers in the state, 15,061 have jumped so far. Similarly, 3,000 weaver families will be provided with house-less work sheds on a priority basis under the Chief Minister's special package. So far, 1,185 house-less work sheds have been provided to weaver families. Family members are also involved in the production process of the textile and cottage industries. Similarly, design preparation is a complex process. So under the scheme, the weavers will be provided with electricity and electricity fans so that there is no special pressure on their eyes and they can work for a long time. It has also been decided to provide housing to all eligible weaver families on a priority basis.

 According to the guidelines of the Panchayat Raj Department, the beneficiaries will be selected. The package focuses on how weavers can access loans. The Chief Minister has directed the weavers to provide interest-free loans of up to Rs 50,000 to the weavers.
